bearheart breathworkA Living Devotion to Remembrance, Embodiment and Integrity.
A place to slow down. To listen inward.
To remember what has always lived within you.
You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to remember.
If youโve found your way here, take a moment to arrive.
Let your breath soften.
Let your body feel the ground beneath you.
You donโt need to have the right words.
You donโt need to know exactly what youโre looking for.
You donโt need to be ready.
Something in you already knows why youโre here.
Welcoming You
You donโt need to choose quickly. Youโre welcome to move slowly, to read, to feel, to sense what resonates.

Who sense that meaning doesnโt live only in special moments or singular experiences, but in how we walk, breathe, choose, and relate each day.
You may have experienced powerful modalities, ceremonies, or practices that opened something meaningful for you. And you may also sense that their true medicine lives in how they continue to move through your life afterward, in conversation, in choice, in the moments that ask for presence.
-
Not as something to complete or check off, but as a way of walking. A remembering that deepens when you return to your life and choose how you meet it.
-
Not through pressure or self-improvement, but through presence. For those who sense, even quietly, that they are their own healer, their own medicine, and who want guidance that supports that remembering rather than replacing it.
Ceremony as a way of walking

Breath of the Mother is a 7โday devotional practice for those who feel a yearning to come back home to themselves and to the earth. Itโs for anyone who is tired of feeling rushed, disconnected, and constantly โin their head,โ and who longs for a slower, more reverent way of moving through the day. Itโs for those who feel anxious or overwhelmed, who sense thereโs a deeper wisdom in their body and in the land, but arenโt sure how to access it. Itโs for anyone remembering that life is meant to feel sacred, and wanting simple, doable ways to begin living that again, even with kids, work, and a full life.

This practice is meant to live inside real life.
This practice is meant to live inside real life. You can do it with your kids around, I do my practice with mine here. Sometimes they wander off, sometimes they join. The intention is weaving the ceremony into the life youโre already living.
If youโre here, you might be sensing
A longing to live with more intention and depth.
A desire to slow down without checking out of your life.
A pull toward ceremony, earth wisdom, and embodied ways of knowing.
A wish to trust yourself more fullyYou may be new to this kind of work, or you may have been walking a path for many years. Either way, youโve arrived because something in you is listening, and asking for a way of being that feels more honest, more rooted, more alive.
