bearheart breathwork

A Living Devotion to Remembrance, Embodiment and Integrity.

A place to slow down. To listen inward.
To remember what has always lived within you.

You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to remember.

If youโ€™ve found your way here, take a moment to arrive.

Let your breath soften.
Let your body feel the ground beneath you.

You donโ€™t need to have the right words.
You donโ€™t need to know exactly what youโ€™re looking for.
You donโ€™t need to be ready.

Something in you already knows why youโ€™re here.

Welcoming You

You donโ€™t need to choose quickly. Youโ€™re welcome to move
slowly, to read, to feel, to sense what resonates.

02 Inner Alchemy

  • Who sense that meaning doesnโ€™t live only in special moments or singular experiences, but in how we walk, breathe, choose, and relate each day.

You may have experienced powerful modalities, ceremonies, or practices that opened something meaningful for you. And you may also sense that their true medicine lives in how they continue to move through your life afterward, in conversation, in choice, in the moments that ask for presence.

  • Not as something to complete or check off, but as a way of walking. A remembering that deepens when you return to your life and choose how you meet it.

  • Not through pressure or self-improvement, but through presence. For those who sense, even quietly, that they are their own healer, their own medicine, and who want guidance that supports that remembering rather than replacing it.

Ceremony as a way of walking
  • Breath of the Mother is a 7โ€‘day devotional practice for those who feel a yearning to come back home to themselves and to the earth. Itโ€™s for anyone who is tired of feeling rushed, disconnected, and constantly โ€œin their head,โ€ and who longs for a slower, more reverent way of moving through the day. Itโ€™s for those who feel anxious or overwhelmed, who sense thereโ€™s a deeper wisdom in their body and in the land, but arenโ€™t sure how to access it. Itโ€™s for anyone remembering that life is meant to feel sacred, and wanting simple, doable ways to begin living that again, even with kids, work, and a full life.

  • Breath of the Mother is a 7โ€‘day devotional practice held in both audio and written form, so you can be guided and also move at your own rhythm.

An opening audio introduction: A welcome from me (audio and written) sharing the heart behind this offering, how to move through it, and how to care for yourself if big feelings arise.

7 guided audio journeys (one for each day)
Each day has its own focus and intention:

    • Day 1: Arrival | Remembering the body

    • Day 2: Breath | Breath as prayer

    • Day 3: Senses

    • Day 4: Grounding

    • Day 5: Release

    • Day 6: Connection (you belong here)

    • Day 7: Returning & remembering
These are short, gentle practices (5-12 minutes) you can take outside with you to breathe, feel, move, and come back to yourself.

A beautifully designed PDF guide: With a written welcome, โ€œhow to use this guideโ€ steps, safety and resourcing tools, and:

    • A reflection page for each day, with questions and prompts to help you integrate what the audio stirred

    • Simple anchors and tiny rituals to weave into your everyday life

  • A felt sense of coming home to your own body and breath

A simple 7โ€‘day rhythm you can repeat anytime you need to ground, regulate, or reconnect

Gentle somatic tools, including shaking, movement, and breath,  to support release and regulation in real time

A deeper relationship with the earth as altar and ally in your everyday life

A handful of small, living ceremonies you can bring into ordinary moments, with kids, work, and a full life still happening around you

    A remembering that:

    • your breath is medicine

    • the earth is your altar

    • you are not separate, and you are already part of the ceremony of life

This practice is meant to live inside real life.

This practice is meant to live inside real life. You can do it with your kids around, I do my practice with mine here. Sometimes they wander off, sometimes they join. The intention is weaving the ceremony into the life youโ€™re already living.

  • โ€œI have been to quite a few breathwork offerings in my life yet none compare to how Brit guides this powerful practice. She is informed, embodied and speaks with passion and clarity. Her guidance blends the perfect mix of gentle encouragement and inspired action so that, as a participant, we feel safe to lean deeper into our edges and surrender to the experience with fullness and curiosity.โ€

  • โ€œAs soon as Brit starts to speak, you feel your bones melt away from your body. She has such a calming presence, and embodies so much wisdom and kindness.โ€

  • โ€œBeing part of this breathwork space has been a deeply meaningful experience for me. The personal growth Iโ€™ve experienced through these sessions has been profound, not just emotionally, but in how I relate to myself and the world around me.โ€

  • โ€œI attended a breathwork session with Brit, and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. I felt deeply connected to my body and mind, and by the end of the session, I experienced a profound sense of peace and clarity. It was both physically and emotionally rejuvenating.I highly recommend Brit to anyone looking to release stress and gain a deeper connection to themselves.โ€

  • โ€œI have been to two of Britโ€™s breathwork sessions now and both experiences have moved me. The beauty of her words, the stunning playlists, and the atmosphere where you know that no matter what happens she will be there, she will guide you, she will create space in her heart for you. It is really all that you could hope for in a breath work session.โ€

If youโ€™re here, you might be sensing

A longing to live with more intention and depth.
A desire to slow down without checking out of your life.
A pull toward ceremony, earth wisdom, and embodied ways of knowing.

A wish to trust yourself more fully

You may be new to this kind of work, or you may have been walking a path for many years. Either way, youโ€™ve arrived because something in you is listening, and asking for a way of being that feels more honest, more rooted, more alive.
